Join us for…

Instructional & Restorative time: Hiking trails, meditative maze paths, fire circles, indoor/outdoor chapel, there will be lots of opportunity for you to find silence and rest or find deep connection with new friends.

Yoga & Mindfulness Instruction: Throughout the weekend we will experience moving meditation practices, breath and grounding practices, all of which will lead you toward a deep and healing connection with your own body and spirit.

Accommodation: Rustic lodging among the Colorado pines. We will be staying in a small yurt village! Glamping!! Early summer in Colorado can get cool at night so you will want to have lots of warm layers. Each person will have a bunk to themselves, sharing a yurt with 5 other women. Every yurt does have electricity and there are communal bathrooms with private showers as well. All meals and yummy snacks will be provided throughout the weekend, just let us know if you have any food restrictions.

Resources to take home for your healing journey: We hope that this will just be the beginning of a beautiful new journey toward a life long relationship with shalom. We will be giving you resources to take home with you so that you can keep the goodness and healing work going.
